Chapter 59: Titanomachy 7: Crius Attacks the Olympians
The Next Day
The Battlefield
Crius, the god of the Constellation, along with his Zodiacs and the the Armies of the Titan forces all arrived on the Battlefield as they stood against an already positioned Daemon Army and the Nymphs Army when they saw the line up today.
"Gods Of Olympus, I Am Crius, God Of The Constellation, Come Out And Face Me" using his Divine Voice, Crius said calling out to the Olympians.
Despite Chronos refusal for him to engage in battle, he still did so as he can’t be there watching his army all die when he can do something to help them but he didn’t because he was following the orders of a mad man, a MNA blinded by his greed for power.
He can’t do that, even if he side with just because they are brothers and he is the god King, that does not mean he is going to let anyone die on his watch.
Mt. Olympus
"I see they have changed their ways, no more hiding like cowards" said Prometheus as he played with a ball of flame which he created.
"I hear Crius is one if the stronger Titans, his Divine Ability to draw upon the power of the stars to his aid makes him a formidable enemy to face" said Metis as she stood beside Zeus and told him all she knew about the Titan of Constellation.@@@@
"Then we won’t draw the battle to nightfall, we have to end it as soon as possible" said Zeus as he readied himself to face the Titan.
After the smoke was cleared, Epimetheus could be seen grinning from ear to ear as he held another sword "oh, this is going to be fun" he said as he engaged with the Armies of the Titans after taking the sword he threw at the lesser god, heads falls everywhere he passed through.
"You must be Crius, I have heard so much about you and I was wondering why you are still a lackey to Chronos" said Zeus who appeared with a zap of thunder above Crius.
Crius looked at Zeus above him and he had to said, he bore an uncanny resemblance to their father, Ouranos "you are just like the carbon copy of my father, your grandfather, and you also happen to have an affinity with the sky, I see why Chronos is so desperate to get rid of you, he believes you to be the reincarnation of our father and I don’t blame him for that.
I mean, he killed his father only to have him curse him and now one of his sons looked like him, I would have taken the same action honestly" said Crius with smile "but I am not here to talk or exchange pleasantries, I am here to get rid if you so that this pointless war would end"
Lightening flashed in Zeus eyes as the sky roared with the sound of thunder "Try As You May, You Can Never Get To Me, You Can Never Defeat Me Because It Would Take More Than The Likes Of You To Be Able To Defeat Me" said Zeus as his voice became the roar of thunder echoing throughout the Battlefield.
"Then So Be It, I Didn’t Expect You To Beg Either" said Crius as he grew into his Titan form and towered over Zeus "but if you think you are some one big powerful being to look down on everyone you coke across, then you are in for a big surprise"
Crius said as a terrifying aura burst out of him pushing Zeus several meters back.
"She was right, this Crius guy is not to be taken lightly with, good thing I listened" said Zeus as he looked at a far side of the Battlefield where the Hekatonkheires and the Cyclopes are hidden and waiting for his signal.
He gave them the signal and they fired large boulders at Crius who sensed something aimed at him, he looked at where he could sense it from and saw large boulders flying towards him with incredible speed "all the big talks earlier and now resorting to trickery, I don’t even know how you made it this far" said Crius as he destroyed the boulders before they could even get close to him.
"This is going to be one heck of a fight"
