One half of the card contained the details, while the other half had the illustration of the beast.

The Golden Lamprey let out an angry hiss when it saw the expression of looking down on Zomor's face.

Suddenly, the bell that rang from all sides rang in the area and announced the start of the battle.

The Golden Lamprey immediately made its move and let out an angry cry. The next moment, elements started gathering together and formed a large ball of water.

The water fluctuated like stones were being thrown into a calm water body. Following that, it shot needle-like projectiles made of water.

Zomor wasn't going to wait for the enemy to attack and wanted to be the first to initiate, so he had also made his move right after the bell rung.

The irregular crystal spires that were on each of its scales started to glow and soon let out bursts of energy beams. In no time, the sky was covered with different color energy beams, and soon they were met with the needles released from the ball of water.

Loud explosion-like sounds rang in the area as the two attacks collided. As time passed, Zomor became more and more shocked by the power of the skill.

He had read all 101 skills of the Golden Lamprey, so he knew which were its most powerful skills, while the ones which were basic. The one currently used by the beast wasn't a basic tier ability, but it was only slightly below mid-tier.

The one used by Zomor was also the skill of the same level, so when they were of equal match, he felt surprised by it.

Zomor was ready to attack again but stopped when he saw the beast's actions. Instead of preparing for the second round of attacks, the Golden Lamprey began to further empower the skill, making the ball of water even bigger. At the same time, it also looked at Zomor with an expression as if it was challenging him to keep going.
