Chapter 367 : Epilogue

Gawee Cart was rammed by the force wind that should have toppled it, but due to Seth's energy supply, it held on its ground with Force Shield.

The body of the menos also only swayed and fell to its knees. It gaze still on Seth's short sword.

Seth on the other hand, used the whip to anchor himself from whipping away. But what disturbed him was the sound of the clash.

It was like it was speaking something, something beyond ominous and bleak. With all his mental power he felt he was losing himself.

His black obsidian eyes cracked and the effect of them, whatever it was, began to wane.

That was when he sensed something, a big thing above him. He raised his head, it was a creature.

It has several wings, unlike anything he had seen. Underneath each wing was a large red eye.

Seth's mind blanked away, but just like when he faced Dread Dragon, he raised his hand and was about to unleash Terror Strike, but the thing vanished as if it was never there.

The explosion that was raging on also vanished, Seth returned to normal and he saw that the menos also had vanished.

That thing with multiple wings and eyes below them has taken it.

He had a hard time processing what was going on now when suddenly he felt fear.

A natural fear of things, of understandable power that can be reasoned with.

Seth raised his head, and so did a fire dragon. The fire dragon that had warned him about messing with Gawee Monster evolutions.

Seth stared at it, his eyes still a cracked obsidian but his mind never was better.

He suddenly gained enlightenment.

The dragon before him was a definition of perfection. With no unblemished wrong in it.

The way it moves, the way it breathes, and the way its poses over the sky were all full of majesty.

Its red scales, its mighty wings, its long neck and four limbs. Its tail and also enigmatic eyes that were filled with wisdom.

They were all perfect and right.

'I understood the Gawee Creatures now. They crave absolute perfection because they are wrong; their existence is a blemish to the world. Their endless desire for perfection was ingrained in them; they could not stop, they could not be reasoned with, and they would hunt and devour until their death as long as they didn't reach perfection!'

Now that he had killed thousands of them he felt them, he felt their sorrows, he felt their desire, and now he sees what they want to be.

At least a dragon in perfection.

Apart from its head, the rest of its body was destroyed. The rest of its body was shimmering red, eating at its body, which it was trying to resist with its aura.

When it used the ability on Seth the rabbit swapped with amazing essence to itself while the thing it sent just melted away. The human body's perfection destroyed it.

Seth did feel the pain but it was like tingling to him.

During the battle, it used its ability many times on him, but he was too preoccupied to notice or even attack it.

Now, it has gained so much that it was running away before those medos found it and killed it for its gain.

The thumb-size bee has similar perks but in different ways. The stinger was its portable feeding stomach.

The good thing was he had Blood Flower, which basically made his blood almost endless as long as he wasn't excessively injured.

The moment the bee dumped ME 25, it used another marking that it can use only once. If it wants to use it it will have to engrave it again.

It teleported to its abode.

ME 25 laughed, he too gained something but not as much as he wanted. Nonetheless, it was a success to a degree.
