The large slab slammed into another skyscraper behind them, and they quickly decided they weren't far enough. They began to move further back so they wouldn't become collateral damage in this fight.

Mark didn't notice the reporters because of how focused he was on the fight, but he could feel some of his power increasing for some reason. This was due to the number of fans he was gaining all around the world, as people desperately cheered him on, hoping that he'd be able to win against the Armageddon.

Everyone remembered how dangerous the last Armageddon was, and they knew they only survived because of KING. But as far as they knew, KING was no longer with them, and the only person they had to put their hopes in was GHOST.

So at the moment, all the hope and belief they once put in KING were being transferred to GHOST, and Mark's title [Mortal Legend] kicked into overdrive!

"Luna, I'm going to need platforms. A lot of them. Alec, Alpha, attack the monster and push it back once you see an opening. Ida, on my signal, use your gravity to push the monster down!"

Mark only waited for them to give a quick response before he increased his speed! He leaped into the air, landing on one of Luna's platforms before blasting off that as well, heading toward the Armageddon! The Armageddon was already getting back to its feet and growled as black miasma began to leak from its body, corroding the environment and drowning everything in a sea of blackness.

But Mark ignored that for now as he continued the plan!

Once the Armageddon laid eyes on Mark, Mark pulled back his fist and prepared to unleash a punch! The monster's crystal immediately came to life as it prepared to attack Mark using its laser beam, but Mark brought up his other hand and activated his Constitution's Innate ability!

Ida grinned as she ran forward to get the monster into her gravity radius!

The clinking sound from before was the monster's feet touching the chain that Mark had set as a trap between two buildings. Mark knew that he needed to catch the monster while it was off guard, and in order to do that, he needed the monster to be confused about what was attacking it.

Since Mark's chains were invisible, the monster couldn't tell that Mark had put them between two buildings behind it like a tripping wire. The monster's feet hit the chain, and it suddenly found itself falling backward! Ida's power also came to life as she increased the monster's gravity, and forced it into a freefall that it couldn't stop!

In the monster's eyes, it basically just tripped over air, and the shock it was experiencing at the moment prevented it from being able to react as Mark flew towards its crystal like a fucking grim reaper!

"RRAAAARRRGGHH!"

Mark's fist seemed to blur out of existence as a swirl of darkness converged right in the middle of it! The world faded to grey as color surged out from reality, and to an outsider, it would seem as though time stood still for a second before imploding on itself as reality rushed back into colored motion!

Mark's face was set in a look of undeniable fury as his fist blurred forward and slammed into the crystal in the middle of the monster's head!

The monster opened its mouth, and a loud roar that sent sonic waves all across the landscape echoed through the region, sending all the other ELITE Ranks backward from the sheer pressure the monster was releasing, but Mark held on to the monster!

A large crack had appeared in the monster's crystal, and Mark was not going to let this opportunity go by as he grabbed both halves of the crystal and pulled with all his strength, tearing a large hole in it and exposing the inside! Mark immediately pulled his hand back for another hit!

But Mark suddenly stopped, and his eyes widened in shock as Fiona's unconscious face stared back at him.
