When Atlas entered the General Store, he noticed a young woman behind the counter looking bored while reading a book. He noticed she looked up at him, but her expression was shocked and puzzled.
'New people are that rare now days?' he thought while scanning the shop.
That's when he spotted a fridge-looking machine with dozens of drinks inside, causing Atlas to approach it. He went through all the different choices and found a cherry-looking crate of eight glass bottles.
Atlas picked up four before approaching the counter and putting them on there, causing the young woman to put her book down. He walked back to the fridge and picked out several more flavors.
He then picked up some random bits and bobs he needed while traveling across Zarandar. Ten minutes later, Atlas stood at the counter. As the worker started counting everything, he spotted a box with packs of cards that the commander spoke about.
'Let's see what they're all about,' Atlas thought before picking up a pack and placing it next to the finished pile of goods.
The young woman looked up at him and smiled, ''Welcome to Arashan's only General Store. That will be two gold with ten silver.''
Atlas paid for his items before storing them in his storage and leaving the store. He then started
"Yes," Atlas replied. "I came across the town of Arashan and assisted the guards in dealing with a Wendigo nest that was terrorizing them."
The receptionist nodded in acknowledgment and requested his adventurer's card. Atlas handed it over, allowing her to mark down the completed quest. Then, he asked the woman about quests heading west.
''Just wait here for a second while I look,'' she said before leaving the counter and heading to the backrooms.
