I have access to more Puppets, the effects from the Array Talent are multiple times stronger, and multitasking with forges. All of these bonus effects are insane! William gleamed with excitement as he looked through each of the effects one by one.

Even the bonus effects from the less useful Talents like Juggling that shouldn't really be called a Trade Talent were impressive, since William could essentially juggle his weapons during a battle and launch them one by one at his enemies.

Considering he had the Weapon's Master Talent, this would be an easy feat for William, though not necessarily good for anything other than showing off. A truly skilled opponent would probably just steal his weapons while they were in midair.

What if I made explosives though? William suddenly had an amazing thought.

With the Earth Element to make the less-rare natural resources and the Plant Element to make paper, William could use Chemistry to make gunpowder. Afterward, he could wrap the gunpowder in paper and enhance it with Arrays to make his own customized explosive device!

He could even set the Arrays to delay the explosion if he wanted to!

-Or you could juggle fireballs. Why go to such great lengths for an attack with almost the same amount of power?

Heh. System you don't understand the minds of weak humans that have never used Magic. If I can save Mana by making explosives beforehand or trick people by delaying the blast, I might just gain the upper hand even against someone stronger than me.

-This might be the first time you've said something smart.

Aww, thanks System. I can't believe you would call me smart. William was slightly touched by the System's words and chose to ignore the hidden insult.

-You're not. You're just an idiot with a good idea once in a blue moon. The fact that I am praising you for being smart attests to how often your IQ exceeds one hundred.

Well... you're a... uh. William had some words to say but he was afraid of angering the System.

-Got nothing?

Damnit. William shook his head in forfeit. He couldn't come up with anything that wasn't too harsh.

-Hehe. I always win.

William nodded somberly and filtered through the System Panel for a while, organizing his Talents and devising a set of skills he could use during battle, while setting aside others that weren't related to fighting.

With a System like this that had hundreds of Talents and probably around the same amount of bonus effects, it took William a lot of effort to keep them all in order.

Once he was done, William moved on to spend the next two months absorbing the Greater and Superior Illusion, Space, and Time Veins that were remaining on the Arcturis Continent.

During the process, William came in contact with a group of three Standard Demons in the Nascent Soul Realm, all of which produced a Blood Bead that glimmered with a pure red glow. He immediately used a Blood Bead to Ascend the Blood Bound Talent, which improved his resistance to the various effects of the Blood Element.

Since he only needed one Blood Bead for the upgrade, William stored the other two in his Space Ring just in case he needed them in the future.

One can never have enough Blood Beads. William thought as he switched the mode of his Vision Talent to look at the Mana of the Arcturis Continent.

He had half expected for Time to completely stop as soon as he absorbed the Superior Time Vein, but that didn't seem to be the case. Instead, all of the Time, Illusion, and Space Mana seemed to have been extinguished, but time continued to flow as usual, and space was still relative and not destroyed in an instant.

This wasn't the most surprising thing, though. As William peered downwards, he noticed a large mass of Mana almost a thousand kilometers underground that gave him an odd sense of familiarity.
