Chapter 98: Going To Eden

"That’s good, we have a lot in common, which means you are going to help me with something" said Lilith with Mischief clearly written on her face.@@@@

"What are you up to" said Lucifer while looking at Lilith who had face of someone who is plotting something.

"I’m not up to something? I just want you to do a little time for me" said Lilith flashing himself a seductive look once again.

Lucifer sighed and rubbed his forehead "I told you already that won’t work on me and whatever you are planning, I want no part on it" said Lucifer as he went back to figuring how to get his powers working again.

Lilith just shrugged and turned around to look in a certain direction "well, that’s your lose, that leaves only me to piss your Father and that man called Adam, so bye then" said Lilith as she began walking towards the Garden of Eden that was not far from where they were.

When hearing the name Adam, Lucifer’s ears perked up and he remembered something about a Serpent and the two occupants of Garden of Eden.

There has been many interpretation of what really happened in the Garden, some said it was the Devil in the form of the serpent, while some said it was the First woman Lilith who transformed to the serpent after she had an encounter with the Devil.

But he knows one thing and that is today is the day the deed is going to happen and he is going to bear witness to the downfall of man.

"I’m coming with you and not because I take part in your stupid shenanigans but because I am curious about something" said Lucifer as he stood up and joined Lilith who had a smirk on her face.

With that, the two walked to the gate of the Garden where they saw two angels guarding the entrance to the Garden.

"Do your thing" whispered Lilith to Lucifer.

Lucifer was taken aback when he heard that and looked at Lilith "what do you not understand by I am having troubles with my powers" said Lucifer.

"Just a cursing sign" said Lucifer as he took a stick and willed it to transform into a snake with four legs "I wanted a snake not a big lizard"

Lucifer complained as his first creation after his awakening was a flawed one but his Father was going to correct it anyway.

"Wow, you got your powers back or you were just pretending" said Lilith looking excited and slightly mad at the same time.

"You are not going to understand, so just forget it" said Lucifer as he kept the lifeless serpent on the ground, before creating a knife out of thin air "give me your hand"

Lilith was confused as to why Lucifer needed her hands but before she could ask, he has already taken hold of her and used the knife to cut her skin drawing blood which spilled on the lifeless snake.

"What was that for? It hurts, you know?" Said Lilith as she cried out in pain.

Lucifer didn’t mind her as he watched the blood merge into the snake bringing it to life.

"Hey, why do I feel a connection to this snake? What did you do?"

"Simple, just close your eyes and feel that connection with the snake"

Lucifer instructed her on what to do and she did just that and what happened next left her speechless.

"Wow, this is amazing, with this I can sneak into the Garden" said Lilith but not from her own mouth but from the mouth of the serpent.

"That’s good, now all we have to do is go into that Garden and the work is done"
