Chapter 56: Titanomachy 4: Retreat

The entire battlefield was in disarray as the WO sides clashed.

The Titans that were with watching the ongoing confrontation between them and the Olympians were actually surprised to find out that they were the ones being dealt with despite having more numbers than them.

Chronos was furious when he saw these, he thought that they should have dealt with the Olympians by now and go back to Mt. Orthis by now but it seems his children had thought this through.

"It is these dark creatures that’s giving us a hard time, they keep on coming even after they are destroyed as if there is an endless amount of them some where" said Hyperion after observing the situation on the battlefield.

Coeus shook his head and pointed at Amiel who was laughing like a mad woman on the battlefield after killing of gods after gods effortlessly "I say she is our problem, she was the one who summoned this dark creatures just like Lord Shiva of the Hindu Realm and also wrecking havoc on our forces, she is the one that needs to be taken care of and I doubt we could do anything to her, this is where Erebus comes in and I can’t seem to find him anywhere" he said after assessing Amiel and knew that she is a Primal level threat from her display of powers.

"I doubt it, I can take care of some woman, we don’t need Erebus for this, Erebus is here just in case that Lucifer guy shows up" said Hyperion as hr flew to the area where Amiel currently is.

Chronos looked around the battlefield and could not find the trace of Erebus anywhere, he turned to Coeus "send someone to find Erebus now and tell him we have a situation that needs his attention" he said before focusing back at the battlefield.

Coeus immediately left to carry on the order of the god King.@@@@

Before he could come up with a counter attack of his own or even set up his defense, the spear had already pierced him through his stomach coming out of his back.

"Prometheus Now Is The Time You Show Up" Epimetheus said using his divine voice to call out to his brother.

As if hearing the call of his brother, a chain came from below Iapetus and wrapped around him tightly, not giving Iapetus to escape from it anymore.

"Sorry brother, father trapped me underground, it was until I heard your voice before I could find my way out" said Prometheus as he appeared besides his brother.

"Now what, we have done exactly what she said, use this chain to tie them down and I will handle the rest, but he is still completely fine and with time he is going to ...." Before Epimetheus could complete his sentence, the chain lit up in a blinding gold light that affected the entire battlefield creating confusions everywhere before fading.

After everything came back to normal, Iapetus was no where to be seen "I guess that’s what it does, let’s get some rest first before heading back into the battlefield" said Prometheus as he sat down there, Epimetheus also joined him as he was also exhausted from the confrontation with his father.

Meanwhile throughout out the entire Battlefield, The forces of the Titans, began retreating after the recent appearance of that flash of light.

"Hey, come back and fight, the fun was just about to begin, don’t go, come on" said Amiel who had her fun cut short by the retreating Titans.

Before she could follow them, she immediately stopped and frowned before turning back while grumbling.

On the other side of the Battlefield, Chronos looked at the Olympians forces with pure unfiltered anger before he also turned his back and left..
