Chapter 50: Tartarus Merge With Hell

"Why are you so fixated on this pendant. To me it’s just another piece of jewelry" said Nyx as she played around with the pendant that she woke up to find in her possession.

Coriel walked up to her and took the pendant from her hand "you don’t know what this is, that’s why you are so nonchalant about it.

The aura coming off of this pendant is familiar and I am trying to figure out why it is so, first I thought it was from my Father it can not be his because my father doesn’t even stand up from his throne talk less of going into this Sea of Chaos you speak of" she said as she placed the pendant in a safe place.

"So what you are saying in essence is that there is someone in that Sea of Chaos who is on the same level of power as your Father?" Asked Nyx who had her eyes wide opened .

From the stories she heard from Coriel, the only capable of putting her and the rest of her siblings in their place is their Father and from what she has seen and heard about the otherworlders, they are extremely powerful enough to subdue a primal god without breaking a sweat.

And now, she is saying that someone who is capable of birthing this beings has someone who is on par with Him.

This is ridiculous.

While they were discussing about the pendant, Bariel walked inside "hello sister and you beautiful too. So what’s keeping you so busy that you even forgot your sleep" he said as he looked for a comfortable place to sit.

"I’m guessing Lucifer is also here given that you are here" said Coriel.

"Yeah, we just arrived not long ago and he should be on his way here pretty soon"

As soon as Bariel said that, Lucifer walked in and saw Coriel who was holding something in her hands and Nyx who was just sitting and looking back at him.@@@@

"Ahem, goof to see you little sister. How have you been?"

Lucifer said as he also took a sit while looking at the hands of Coriel "what’s that in your hands and why does it feel familiar?" He asked.

Coriel handed him the pendant she kept away "so you sensed it too, what do you think of it?" Said Coriel.

"Reeks of chaos and destruction, a baleful aura opposite to that of Father. Where did you get this?" Said Lucifer after examining the pendant carefully.

"This is only just a tip of what I can do, so while we are still on the topic, you are now the god of Death and have a domain of your own and I am also something of death god myself not that I am one, so after thinking for a while, I would like you to work under me, be one of the few rulers of Hell, my home, the one where I preside over and in other for that to happen, I am going to have deal, where you will serve me unconditionally and in return I will grant you power that even your grandfather, Ouranos never dreamed of having.

So what do you say, Hades?"

Lucifer said while Hades was still down on his knees and gasping for breath.

"Ok then, I will be taking your silence as a sign of you agreeing with me, so I will begin now" said Lucifer as he exceeded his hands towards Hades and a wisp of his soul flew out from him and Lucifer caught it "now you are ruler under me, don’t worry, what I say about you having powers even Ouranos didn’t dream of was true, you should be feeling it right about now"

Lucifer said as he released Hades from his suppression and walked off to look for Amiel.

Hades finally freed breathed heavily as he felt his knees weakened and just fell to the ground.

While he was like that, he felt a new wave of energy surge into him, he felt renewed and the part of his soul that Lucifer took was filled up as if it was always there but he knew that that was just the feeling he was getting from receiving the powers Lucifer promised.

After the transformation, Hades stood up with a renewed energy and felt himself becoming more powerful than before and if he were to face Thanatos now, then he would not break a sweat.

But he was not happy for becoming this strong as he is also a slave to someone for it.

While Hades was here contemplating what to do with his life, now that he has become a slave for life, Tartarus was going through a relocation, all residence of Tartarus, prisoners or not, all of them were being thrown out except for Cerberus, who is the sentry of Tartarus.

The entire Tartarus disappeared from the Realm of Greco as it merged itself to Hell, the home of the Master of its master, Hades.

Erebus who was resting inside Tartarus, found himself outside with some of the prisoners and some who took up residence there.

"What is going on here?" He asked clearly furious.

One of the lesser god immediately came to him and bowed "I think the new god of Death chased us out of Tartarus" he said.

Nobody expected what was about to happen next, the head of the lesser god was detached from his neck without Erebus even moving "what do you take me for?

Do you think I am like you fools, I am Erebus, the Primal Darkness and the likes of Hades cannot pull this on me" said Erebus as he believed that even if Hades was strong enough to kill his son, Thanatos, he is not strong enough to evict him out of Tartarus, because their is nowhere he could be this strong unless someone is helping him.
