Chapter 36: The Aesir Domain

"LUCIFER, BROTHER, YOU ARE FINALLY HERE"

The group turned to see an extremely handsome man that can make all the Realms go to war for him.

His beauty is on par with only Lucifer who might even surpass him.

"Try to keep your charm at minimal, brother you might end up causing war between all the goddess in the Realms" said Lucifer while looking at his brother who was still smiling like nothing matters to him other than seeing his brother again.

Bariel ignored the stares directed at him and hugged his brother whom he haven’t seen in many years.

"Okay, get off, stop acting like a child, you are billion of years old and yet you still act like a kid. I wonder what Uriel would say when she sees you like this" said Lucifer while trying to get Bariel to come off him.

When Bariel heard the name Uriel being mentioned, his face changed for a brief seconds but quickly came back to normal.

Bariel released Lucifer from the hug and looked at him with a smile "you know I miss you the most, say, how has the years been on you, I never got to hear anything about you through the years while I’ve heard of what Moronuel and Satanael had been up to which is not surprising given who they are but I thought you would be the one to make the most impart but you proved me wrong and went AWOL.

How have you been big brother?" Said Bariel completely forgetting the people that came along with Lucifer.

Aphrodite looked at Bariel, the last of the Archangels siblings and also the one who adored Lucifer the most and another of the siblings, Uriel.

When Lucifer proposed the rebellion against their Father, he quickly agreed and tried to convince Uriel to join them in the rebellion but she refused but decided not to say anything about the rebellion to anyone and keep it to herself leaving him disheartened.

On the day of the rebellion, a broken hearted Bariel faced off against his beloved sister trying to get her to change sides at the last minute that Lucifer wouldn’t mind but she refused making him inflicting a very deadly injury on her but he could not bring himself to end her so he left her with there lying in a puddle of blood.

"Hey, so Lucifer is the eldest, huh?" Said Bast to Aphrodite who picked up the last part of the sentence Bariel said which was calling Lucifer big brother.

Aphrodite turned to look at Bast surprised she was starting to show interest in the life of Lucifer "you know, when you accept to become his woman, then you will know all that you want to know, until then, you can find it out by yourself which will lead you to a dead end" said Aphrodite as she smiled at Bast who was already regretting asking her any question.

A smirk formed on the face of Lucifer when he saw the delicacies on the table. Since he became the Devil, he hadn’t eaten anything better as he only had fruits for as long as he can remember and now there is such a delicious meal prepared for him and because he also bears some of the powers of the sin of Bariel, he could not wait to dig in.

Without wasting anymore time, Lucifer sat down and started eating ignoring the people around him as he devoured a plate of food one after the other.

Amaterasu raised a brow as she never thought Lucifer, the one they all called the Devil would have such a side to him.

Even Aphrodite was slightly surprised but she did not know that Lucifer has been craving for something like this since the day he reincarnated to this world even though he could not get hungry, he still missed the taste of such delicious meal.

Bariel smirk when he saw his brother before he remembered that there was others who came with Lucifer, he turned to them "what are waiting for?

Go ahead and join him, after that the nafnfesti ceremony will begin and I will tell you this, if you don’t have anything to eat know then you will never get to have anything because the people of Aesir are very gluttonous" said Bariel to the three goddesses.

When they heard that, they did not waste any time as they do not want to miss the opportunity to even have a taste of the Aesir Special.

Bariel also joined in the fun alongside Bor, Buri and Vili while Vé went to his mother to tell her about the arrival of his father.

A few hours later

Lucifer and the others finished their mini party and await the main event of the day.

"After having a taste of these meals, I don’t think I will be able to leave this realm without taking some of the cooks for myself, what do you think brother?" Said Lucifer who couldn’t get enough of the meals.

Bariel also smiled and thought it was a nice idea but he turned to Buri if he would agree to it "what do you think?" He asked.

Buri thought for a while before he nodded "I will pick then for you when you are ready to go" he said before calling the servants to clean the table and prepare it for the nafnfesti.

"Lord Lucifer, I would like to have a word with you"
