Chapter 105: The Devil Is Back

The God Plane

The God Plane, a new name given to the Cosmos.

After the catalyst that almost wiped out all the gods of the Cosmos while strengthen the remaining ones.

The gods were then introduced to the cultivators by Celestia who acted as an ambassador to the two worlds.

They even made the Devil’s Peak as the HQ of the Divine Celestial Myriad Plane where Celestia currently resides whenever she visited the The God Plane.

She has come to know the true identity of Lucifer during her stay here when her mother visited her and sensed the rest of her siblings.

It was joyous reunion for her mother but also a sad one when she found out that Samael also know as Lucifer Morningstar is dead and one of the many reasons of the Catalyst that almost wiped out the entire gods.

The council of gods gathered and decided to name their Cosmos the God Plane and grant access to the cultivators of the Divine Celestial Myriad Plane to ascend to higher cultivation levels filling up their ranks.

The influence of the gods has even spread across the entire Divine Celestial Myriad Plane as they build temples in their name.

The Devil’s Peak

Asmodeus arrived in the Devil’s Peak of the God Plane as he walked through the halls of the building.

"What brings you here, Asmodeus?" Said Celestia as she arrived as soon as she felt the aura of a celestial being.

Asmodeus turned to look at the young lady and smiled "that’s uncle to you but that’s not why I am here" said Asmodeus as he looked at the Throne of The Devil at the center of the throne room "you have to leave, stop using here as your headquarters from now on, the Devil is back"

Asmodeus as he vanished to his next targets, his siblings.

Meanwhile, Celestia just stood rooted to the ground when she digested what Asmodeus said.

She knew that Asmodeus has been in a cohort with Satanael for a very long time now and the other Lords of Hell were against them almost leading to another full blown out war if not for her mother who act as a mediator between the two parties.

And during that time, he and Satanael had never disturbed her or told her to leave the Devil’s Peak not until today and from the tone of Asmodeus, he seem subservient and afraid, she didn’t even miss the small details of him looking at the Throne of The Devil, one of the relics of the Devil with fear in his eyes.

All of this point to one thing, the Devil is back, Lucifer Morningstar is back.

She quickly called out to her handmaidens and gave them orders to immediately evacuate the Devil’s Peak and meet the Emperor of Pangu Realm to accommodate them for now as she decided to go back to the Divine Celestial Myriad Plane to inform her mother of her brother’s return.

Island of Crete

In the secret room of the Island, a flamy red haired woman sat in lotus position mediating with her eyes closed.

"Bariel, you should stop doing things like this, you are above all of these, you are ruining our reputation, you known" said Asmodeus who appeared behind Bariel.

Bariel frowned as he turned around to look at his brother "go away, you dog of Satanael, you are ruining the fun atmosphere here" said Bariel.

"Heh, oh how I love that, but you see, I have a message from Hell" said Asmodeus as his aura changed to that of a serious secretary "the Devil summons you"

"You stop that, I don’t want to hear anymore of that nonsense from you, I have told you time without numbers that Satanael can never and will never be the Devil, that’s just wishful thinking" said Bariel as he glared at Asmodeus.

Asmodeus sighed and sat down "I’m not talking about him, I am talking about the actual Devil" he said.

When Bariel heard that, it was as if the world around him has stopped moving as he processed the words Asmodeus just said.

"I don’t have the whole time to dilly dally with you, so whenever you come back to your senses, help me to pass the message to Coriel and Amiel" said Asmodeus as he turned around and left.

"Friend, what seems t be the problem?" Thor asked as he shook Bariel out of his daze.

"Thor, son of Odin, you are a true friend despite being so young unlike your workaholic father" said Bariel as he placed his hands on Thor’s shoulders "it saddens me that I will be leaving for a while but don’t you worry, I will be back before you even know it and I am going to host the greatest party the entire God Plane and the Divine Celestial Myriad Plane has ever seen but for the meantime, have fun without me"

Bariel said leaving Thor and the other gods of his generation baffled.

But before he could ask him what was going on, Bariel disappeared right in front of his eyes.

"Well, this is a first"

Elsewhere

"Just shut up, you are disturbing my sleep" said a purple hair woman.

"Coriel, don’t blame me, you are the one who brought me here and against my while at that" said a black hair woman.

"And for that I am sorry but I am doing this for Lucifer, Amiel and I am very much going to need my sleep to be in 100% performance" said Coriel to Amiel.

"I know you are trying to find a way to get him back but you also know that, Satanael is trying so hard to get his hands on the wives of Lucifer and they are now defenseless" said Amiel.

"I won’t say defenseless, they have Hades and Khosnu and a whole lots of Pantheon behind them, you being there is not going to make a difference" said Coriel as she closed her eyes to sleep.

Before Amiel could make her comeback, Bariel appeared "it is truly easy to track you lots, coming back to the place it all started, what did they call it again?" Bariel said as he assumed a thinking pose "hah, yes, the Sea Of Chaos, but all I can see is just an empty void"

"Bariel, what are you doing here?" Amiel asked him.

Bariel just smiled brightly as he looked at Coriel and Amiel "he is back, Lucifer is back and he is summoning us back to Hell"
