Chapter 401, Part 1: Washing Together

Chapter 400 Let's Wash Together

The light fell on Chen Xun.

He lowered his head slightly, his wispy hair obscuring his eyebrows and eyes, his long eyelashes casting a small shadow under his eyelids, and his breath carrying a faint smell of alcohol.

The man who could easily carry Hollywood box office legends was now so drunk that he didn't even have the strength to get up. He slumped in his seat like a large dog that had let its guard down.

"I must have owed you something in my past life!"

Christine walked over first, reached out and poked Chen Xun's face. Seeing how drunk he was and couldn't open his eyes, she said she was disgusted, but her thoughts were clearly heard by Chen Xun.

Chris is really outrageous; next time we need to get him thoroughly drunk.

Dakota followed and squatted down in front of Chen Xun, gently brushing away the sweat-dampened stray hairs from his forehead, saying with a hint of helplessness, "Why did you drink so much? Doesn't your head hurt?"

The moment her palm touched Chen Xun's forehead, he instinctively grabbed her wrist.

Chen Xun slowly raised his head, his unfocused gaze taking a while to focus before he recognized the person in front of him. A silly smile tugged at the corner of his mouth: "Dakota? — What are you doing here?"

"We won't take you home. Are you planning to sleep in the restaurant tonight?"

Christine rolled her eyes, reached out and supported his left arm, gesturing to Dakota, "Give him a hand, help him up. This guy doesn't look fat, but he's incredibly heavy."

Dakota nodded quickly and carefully supported his right arm.

With great effort, the two men, one on each side, managed to lift Chen Xun, who was slumped in the chair, up.

Chen Xun's weight was almost entirely on the two of them, his head unconsciously leaning towards the middle. The smell of alcohol in his breath brushed past their ears, causing Christine's ears to turn red. She snapped at him, annoyed, "Stand up straight! If you lean any lower, you're going to knock us over!"

Chen Xun was obedient. Hearing this, he mustered a little strength and followed the two out unsteadily, muttering to himself, "I'm not drunk—really not drunk—Chris just clinked glasses with me, and I beat him—"

"Yes, yes, you're the best."

Dakota gently coaxed him, like coaxing a child, and didn't dare let go of his hand, afraid that he would lose his footing and fall.

They helped the person all the way to the living room.

As soon as Chen Xun touched the sofa, he collapsed onto it, resting his head on Christine's lap, whimpering with his eyes closed, like a cat that couldn't find its home.

Christine reached out and gently rubbed his throbbing temples.

Dakota sat down beside him, took off his shoes, and wiped his hands and face with a warm, damp towel. Watching his furrowed brows slowly relax, she couldn't help but smile.

The two helped Chen Xun tidy up a bit, and before they could even catch their breath, Chen Xun tilted his head to the side and started dry heaving.

The two quickly came over.

Find a trash can, get a towel; things aren't ready yet.

vomit~

Chen Xun tilted his head and began to vomit violently.

Both of them had quite a few injuries.

"We need to drag him to the second-floor bathroom!"

Christine shrugged at Dakota with a pained expression: "At this rate, I'm definitely going to catch a cold!"

After some more effort, the two finally managed to carry the drunken Chen Xun all the way to the master bedroom bathroom on the second floor.

Christine laid him down on a chair by the bathtub, put her hands on her hips and panted, a thin layer of sweat on her forehead: "I'm exhausted. If this guy dares to drink like this again, I'll just throw him in the pool to sober up."

Dakota didn't say anything, but turned around to test the water temperature in the bathtub. Hot water gushed into the tub, and the steam quickly filled the entire bathroom.

Christine watched as she skillfully adjusted the water temperature, grabbed the shower gel, found a towel, and leaned against the door frame.

I don't know what I'm thinking.

Chen Xun was already completely drunk and unconscious.

You can't hear what's on your mind at all.

Dakota adjusted the water temperature, and when she turned around, she saw Christine staring at her. Her cheeks flushed slightly, and she asked softly, "What's wrong? I tested the water temperature, it's just right, not too hot."

"It's nothing."

Christine walked over and rolled up the sleeves of her hoodie: "Take off your clothes. We can't let him go in there fully clothed."

Upon hearing this, Dakota's face instantly turned bright red.

I didn't know what to do with my hands holding the shower gel bottle.

Even though she had an intimate relationship with Chen Xun, and even took care of Chen Xun with Christine, she was still in a state of confusion that time.

This time, both of them were perfectly sober.

It was also the first time I had ever bathed a man at the same time.

Christine noticed her unfocused gaze and felt a little uncomfortable herself; her ears turned bright red. But she forced a nonchalant expression, acting as if it were no big deal: "What are you standing there for? We can't expect him to take it off himself. He's so drunk he can barely stand. Do you want him to fall in the bathtub?"

That's what they said, but when it came to actually fighting, they both blushed.

Christine was in charge of unbuttoning Chen Xun's shirt, while Dakota squatted down to help him take off his pants, almost tripping over herself in the process.

After finally getting him into the bathtub, the warm water reached his chest, and Chen Xun hummed comfortably. His previously tense body completely relaxed, and he leaned against the bathtub wall with his eyes closed, like a cat soaking in warm water, incredibly docile.

"call----"

Christine breathed a sigh of relief, moved a small stool to sit by the bathtub, picked up a bath sponge, squeezed out some shower gel, and rubbed it into a rich lather. She then irritably rubbed it on Chen Xun's shoulder: "You're really lucky. An Oscar-winning actress and a Hollywood starlet are personally giving you a bath. You're living the dream."

Dakota sat on the other side, holding a towel, and carefully wiped his arm.

The only sounds in the bathroom were the rushing water and the occasional conversation between the two.

As they got into the conversation, the two of them looked at Chen Xun, who was sleeping soundly in the bathtub, and suddenly had a mischievous idea.

Christine squeezed out a large dollop of white shower gel, lathered it in her palm, and then carefully applied it to Chen Xun's chin, pinching out two comical white mustaches. She then drew a crooked spiderweb on his forehead, suppressing a laugh as she said, "Look, a Spider-Man version of Santa Claus, doesn't it look like him?"

Dakota laughed so hard his shoulders were shaking. He picked up the shower gel and drew two round red cheeks on his face. Then he found a hair tie and tied the stray hairs on his forehead into a small topknot, making him look like a mischievous child.

"That's hilarious!"

Dakota took out his phone and snapped several photos of Chen Xun's comical appearance. He whispered to Christine, "When he wakes up, we'll show these to him and see if he dares to drink so much again."

"Absolutely!"

Christine laughed so hard she almost fell over, and then put a white bubble on his nose.

The two were having a great time playing pranks when Chen Xun, who had been keeping his eyes closed, suddenly opened them slowly.

His eyes were still hazy with drunkenness, but they had cleared a bit. Looking at the two girls laughing hysterically in front of him, and the sticky shower gel on their faces, he wasn't angry: "Fine, you two took advantage of me while I was drunk, didn't you?"

The two froze instantly, looking at Chen Xun who had just woken up, their smiles still lingering, tinged with the panic of being caught red-handed.

Christine was the first to react, stiffening her neck and snorting, "Who told you to drink like this? I'll teach you a lesson. If you drink this much again, we'll throw you in the pool and post your ugly photos all over Hollywood."

[Oh no, he's awake. Is he angry? He smiled, so he probably isn't.]

[That scared me to death! I thought he heard everything!]

Chen Xun couldn't help but laugh at her stubbornness. He reached out of the bathtub, splashing water, grabbed Christine's wrist, and beckoned to Dakota, "Come here."

Dakota hesitated for a moment, but obediently walked over. Just as she reached the bathtub, Chen Xun grabbed her with his other hand.

The warm water soaked their clothes, but neither of them flinched away. They just blushed and looked at Chen Xun, who was so close to them.

Looking at the two girls before him, one proud and bright, the other gentle and lively, Chen Xun felt a warmth in his heart. He lowered his head and placed a soft kiss on their foreheads.

Christine's ears turned bright red instantly. She turned her face away but didn't push him away, muttering, "Don't give me that. If you get this drunk again, I'll talk to you."

Dakota buried her face in his shoulder, her cheeks burning.
