Chapter 59 The Injustice Society - Connors
As Connors was speaking to the kid, the building above them began to sway precariously, so he quickly ran away to avoid being hit.
But he ran away, while the boy with the monster head didn't.
Those who didn't have "Athena's Vision" saw the building about to collapse during their respective battles, and the kind-hearted "Flash" Barry was the first to rush over.
Wearing a red battle suit with a lightning bolt symbol on its chest, "Swift" observed Barry's actions.
Just as "Tom Turbo," the burly man with electrified fists, was about to fight "Superman" again, he quickly stopped him:
"Stop! Everyone stop!"
Clark Kent had always guarded his powers; he was simply caught up in this battle by accident.
Naturally, it was the first to stop.
Upon seeing this, the electric light on Tom Turbo's fists vanished without a trace.
"A person who is willing to risk their life to save others is definitely not a bad person."
"Speed," wearing a baseball cap, said that when Barry went to rescue someone, he completely exposed his back to him.
If he wanted to launch a sneak attack, he could definitely succeed every time.
"I think your two teams should sit down and talk," Connors interjected, stepping aside from the collapsing building.

"The Flash" Barry quietly crept over:

"Yeah, remember to save me next time." Connors nodded, then whistled and mounted the billowing black smoke that burst from the ground.
In a manor in the seaside city, the others took their seats, and "Speed" introduced himself:
"Let us introduce ourselves, we are the Justice Association! Reporting in!"
His words were firm and resolute. After he finished speaking, starting with the "Catman" sitting on the far left, "Black Siren," "Green Guardian," and "Turbo" all announced their names.
This format, resembling a military drill roll call, left Batman and the others dumbfounded, while Hal, the "Green Lantern" and former Air Force test pilot, adapted quite well to it.
"I'm Green Lantern, this is Flash, and uh, I don't know the others yet."
So the superheroes from Metropolis took turns counting off, and the Justice Society members introduced the kid as "Ray Thompson," the Justice Society's mascot.
"Unbelievable," Hal the Green Lantern whispered while Kid and the Justice Society members were laughing and joking.
"Are you suggesting that these members of the Justice Society are characters from comic books?" Connors whispered to Hal.
"How did you know?!" Hal exclaimed in surprise. Batman frowned, and Flash looked over curiously.
On the contrary, "Superman" Clark, because of Connors' previous behavior, had an expression that said, "Connors should know all this."
"My uncle Jim has a huge collection of comic books that I've never seen before. I go to his house every day after school, and we spend the whole afternoon looking at those old comics," Hal continued.
"So—?" Barry didn't understand the key point here.
"They are all members of the Justice Society in the comics, my favorite star heroes, and it is because of them that I wanted to become a hero. Without them, I probably wouldn't have this ring."
Hal, the Green Lantern, brought up the topic in a rather serious manner, not even giving the Flash a chance to make a comment.
So "The Flash" Barry walked up to "Catwoman" Selena and gave her a half-greeting with a smile.
He didn't give a proper greeting because "Catwoman" Selena Gomez had already shown her claws before he could even speak:
"Dare to say one word and I'll make you the fastest person in the world to be without a mouth."
She has always been a loner, and it was only recently that she got hooked and started following Connors around. In the past, she wouldn't even have shown up at such an event.
"I have to go out for a bit. You guys talk," Connors suddenly said.
As soon as these words were spoken, everyone looked over warily.
The Justice Society members now knew they were people who had appeared out of nowhere, and Batman and his team began to have doubts because of Connors's words.
"Why are you looking at me?" Connors didn't expect that his words would draw everyone's attention.
"Dude, I feel like you're in a bit of a mess," Barry said in a low voice.
"It's too dangerous here. I'm going to dig my own grave in advance. It'll be in the cemetery in Seaside City. Remember to come and lay flowers for me." Connors rambled on for a bit before turning and leaving.
Although he followed Batman and his crew to Beach City, nothing that had happened up to that point had anything to do with him.
Since we're here, we're going to feast our eyes on this juicy gossip. Connors won't let this opportunity pass by, as it's the only gossip in the short term that might involve ten superheroes and four or five villains.
He wanted to get involved in what happened next.
"I can help you with the grave digging. You know I'm very fast," Barry said to Connors.
"No need," Connors said, refusing Barry's help. "It's more comfortable to dig your own grave." He walked out of the manor and mounted Black Smoke.
"By the way, we came to this world because Barry's Speed Force absorbed Hal's energy, causing its vibrational frequency to match Speed Force, which is why we were transported here."
Before leaving, Connors recounted their arrival in Seaside City.
"Huh? It was just an accident, buddy." Barry said helplessly as everyone's eyes turned to him again.
"But this doesn't make sense. Why would a character in a comic book become someone from another world?" Hal was still engrossed in the comic.
"Perhaps the author of this comic has a subconscious connection with Earth in this dimension, and their creations are simply the imagination sent to their minds by this Earth." Batman then displayed his intelligence, pinpointing the key point in one sentence.
"Perhaps there's no better explanation than this," said the burly man "Turbo."
"But how can we get back to our original world?" Selena and the "Black Siren" asked, hand in hand.
The two women, acting like best friends, began to speak.
"Tom has an entrance to a multidimensional portal," Connors said from horseback.
"Brother, how did you know?" Tom Turbo asked in surprise.
"He knows more than we think," Batman said in a deep voice. He had brought Connors to Metropolis for this very reason.
"Alright, although the portal is currently lacking energy, don't worry, we will definitely find a way," Tom Turbo said.
The others nodded, ready to brainstorm and discuss the energy issue; Connors' departure was not so important at this point.
"I need to think about how to organize my thoughts—"
The manor gates were closed again, and Connors rode away, stopping near two policemen.
He pulled out the paper and pen he had casually taken from someone's pocket earlier, and quickly wrote down unusually neat words, which combined to form three sentences:
"To the Justice Society: Crime will spread based on elements of five ancient worlds"
Metal, flame, plant, water, land.
Kill us, or be killed by us.
"A note from Connors of the Injustice Society."
As the plot unfolds, the Injustice Society will inevitably clash with the Justice Society and the transmigrated superheroes sooner or later, and Connors decides to expedite this process for them.
And in order to get the most out of the drama, Connors, just like with the "Superman vs. Zod" incident, decided to get involved personally.
The way to participate is just as described in the letter: to declare war on the superheroes.
"Hello, officer, this letter needs to be delivered to the Justice Society. Please help me." Connors handed the finished and sealed letter to the police in Seaside City.
