Chapter 415 Anti-Surveillance

Chapter 415 Anti-Surveillance

Chapter 415 Anti-Surveillance

Not only was Connors' "reality distortion" at work, but Zatanna and Wanda also used their own magic to achieve this goal.

With the combined efforts of the three, the memories of Metron, or rather the method of "anti-monitors breaking free from the curse" regarding the entire world, have been completely altered.

"You're right, the only way for Mobius is to kill Darkseid," Metron said after rubbing his head for a while.

"According to this guy, the Anti-Monitor is coming soon." Lord Bat's face, hidden by a mask, revealed no expression. "Connors, although the prophecy itself is false, the outcome of the prophecy is not far from being fulfilled."

The so-called "prophecy" was what Connors first learned from Black Widow. It was a prophecy about the world from the Ancient One, but it was later proven to be a lie told by Black Widow.

But the fact that Lord Lightning saw a world without a future was undeniable.

Connors also abandoned his spectator mentality, knowing that he was about to face the most powerful and troublesome opponent he had ever encountered since his transmigration.

Unlike Darkseid of Apokolips, who was merely a projection, the impending Anti-Monitor is the real, true entity.

That was the culprit that could devour Earth-3 of the Crime Syndicate, forcing them to flee to Earth-0.

"Are you confident?" Lord Superman slowly floated to Connors' side and asked.

"I'm not sure, because I don't know exactly how strong I am," Connors said.

Lord Superman couldn't help but chuckle twice upon hearing this:

"Looks like we're the same."

"My battlefield isn't on the front lines," said Lord Bat. "Earth 3 is yours to handle."

The "Bat Titan," which was slowly approaching from a distance, also stopped in its tracks and did not continue its journey.

Lord Lightning grabbed Batman:

Where are you going?

"The Anti-Monitors are coming soon, so war with Darkseid is not far off. I'm going to activate the ultimate plan," said Lord Bat.

"What plan?" Lord Eagle Girl asked curiously, carrying the Demon-Slaying Hammer on her shoulder.

The lord bat glanced at her, then jumped off the building without a word.

Lord Eagle Girl was full of questions and even wanted to chase after him to ask, but luckily Lord Lightning pulled her back in time:

"Bruce will tell us when he needs to, so asking now is pointless."

The Lord of this world, Lightning, has an extraordinary trust in the Lord of Bat, believing in Bruce's wisdom.

At the top of Wayne Tower, Lord Hunter, Lord Aquaman, Lord Lightning, Lord Hawkgirl, Lord Superman, along with Connors, stared at each other, while Metron sat in a chair.

After a long pause, Metlong couldn't hold back any longer:

"When I arrived here, the anti-surveillance agent was heading here from another world, and I felt he—"

"Clark, I have something to say to you," Connors interrupted Mettron and said to Lord Superman.

The two stepped aside.

"What is it that you need to talk to me about in private?" Lord Superman asked, puzzled.

"Do you think it would be difficult for you to destroy this world with your power?" Connors asked in a low voice.

Lord Superman didn't understand why Connors would suddenly ask that question, so he nodded obediently:

"It's not difficult - I can destroy the earth by drilling into the earth's crust and traveling back and forth in the earth's core in just one minute."

"Even if you don't do that, given enough time you could turn the surface into a living hell, right?" Connors said.

Lord Superman nodded, as if he understood what Connors was trying to say:

"Are you worried that if we fight the Anti-Monitors here, it will destroy the world?"

Connors gave him a thumbs-up, sparing no praise:

"Super Intelligence is indeed reliable. Therefore, I may not personally intervene in the upcoming battle. I will do my utmost to protect this world. As for the task of fighting the Anti-Monitor, I will leave it to you."

"What?!" Lord Superman exclaimed in surprise. "You're not even going to make a move?"

Connors quickly tried to calm him down:

"Don't worry, the anti-monitor won't linger in battle. Its purpose here is to devour matter to become stronger, not to fight us and deplete its own strength."

"If he continues to fail to conquer the world, he will run away on his own."

Lord Superman didn't let go of the issues raised in Connors's words:

"Run away? You mean run away to Earth Zero?"

Connors nodded, and the next moment he saw the drifting clouds in the sky split in two, drifting off to either side.

A figure somewhat resembling Darkseid, clad in metallic armor, descended from the sky and crashed with a thunderous roar towards the direction of Metropolis.

Lord Superman clutches his head, and it's his Metropolis that suffers the consequences.

Connors patted her on the shoulder:

"Go, Clark."

Several sonic booms were heard in succession, and everyone except Lord Neptune was already soaring into the sky, rushing towards the location where the Metropolitan Anti-Monitor had landed.

Lord Aquaman looked left and right, then fixed his gaze on Connors:

"They've all run away, will you give me a ride?"

Connors nodded and came up behind Lord Sea King Arthur, then suddenly thrust out a palm.

The king of Atlantis was immediately sent flying, and even Arthur, the oldest and most composed of the righteous lords, couldn't help but let out a long, loud cry in the air.

Metropolis, Metron has already arrived before the Anti-Monitor:

"Hello, Möbius."

The anti-surveillance agent's eyes gleamed yellow as he looked at Metron with a rather hostile tone:

"Don't call me that, Mettron."

"So you want me to call you the Anti-Surveillance Agent?" Metron retorted.

In the brief moment between their conversation, a roar like that of fighter jets swept across the sky, and all the Justice Lords, except for the Lady Warrior who was heading to Earth Zero and the Bat Lord who had moved to the side battlefield, arrived.

"What are these? The helpers you brought?" The anti-surveillance agent almost burst out laughing as he looked at the group of guys lined up in front of him.

As he laughed, he raised one hand, and orange antimatter energy blasted towards the crowd like flames.

But none of the Lords of Justice flinched, for Metron had already stood in their way.

"I hope you won't stop me, Metron." A yellow light flashed in the Anti-Monitor's eyes.

"No, I must stop you." Metron had no intention of backing down. "You forged this chair. As long as I sit on it, your antimatter energy cannot harm me."

The anti-surveillance agent slowly lowered his arm:

"I know, I've been sitting in that chair for much longer than you have."

"Mobius, you can't keep consuming matter." Metron's chair floated forward. "You've destroyed countless worlds, even Earth-3 of the Crime Syndicate—"

"I know you want to break the curse on you, but to prevent war from hindering my pursuit of knowledge, I must make you stop."
