Chapter 105 The Outsider Initiates the Eternal Evil Event

"Is it too late for me to change the Justice League's name to 'Criminal Syndicate'?" Connors scratched his head and left the building where Reed was.

After saying that, Reed ignored him completely, even when Connors lifted him into the air with one hand, Reed was still mentally calculating formulas.

Connors, seeing Reed transformed into this state due to the disappearance of his original world, figured it was unlikely he'd be able to capitalize on any major events he might be involved in anytime soon.

However, this trip wasn't entirely fruitless; at least Connors learned that the world he was in was part of Earth 311.

There are many differences between this world and Earth-3 in the comics.

However, there are also similarities:

Alfred, the "outsider" butler from Earth-3, opens Pandora's box, triggering the "Eternal Evil" event.

As an "outsider" to this world, Connors must also actively activate "Eternal Evil" in order to watch the drama unfold and to push the timeline forward.

Although he is already very powerful, the sudden disappearance of the entire world described by "Black Widow" Natasha is just too bizarre.

Enjoy the show and watch the drama unfold; keep improving your skills—you can't stop doing either!

Flying to Gotham, Connors captures the equally eccentric Riddler, who is trying to prove a mathematical conjecture, and hands him over to Reed.

"I've found you a companion. He thinks he's the smartest person in the world. I think I know why your world disappeared. Can you help me figure out how to get to Earth 3?"

Connors tossed the Riddler to Reed, saying that he didn't stop Reed from continuing his research, but instead made the Riddler Reed's helper.

"Do you really know?"

As if triggering a key word, Reed abruptly raised his head and stretched his neck out from a great distance:

"What exactly is the reason?"

"I won't tell you. If I do, you'll just summon it directly. I'll tell you after you create a portal to Earth 3."

Connors took a few steps back, avoiding Reed's smelly mouth from not brushing his teeth.

Upon learning that this was Earth III, Connors immediately guessed the reason why Reed's world had disappeared: it was probably swallowed up by the entire universe of the "Anti-Monitor".

After all, in the comics, the premise for Earth-3's Superpower and others to descend into the main universe and start the "Eternal Evil" event was that their world was completely devoured by the "Anti-Monitors".

"Alright—give me a few days. As long as the 'spider silk' can locate that world, I can create a passage to it." Reed's words were barely out of his mouth when his head darted back in, while a massive, outstretched fist hurtled straight for Connors' face.

"Sorry, I need to borrow your brain for research."

He outwardly agreed to Connors' request, but whether driven by a desire to unravel the mystery or a desire to restore his original world, Reed acted without hesitation.

As a superhero known for his intelligence, "Mr. Fantastic" Reed is also quite powerful. His punch almost tore through the air, and he rushed to Connors even before the sonic boom sounded.

boom!

Connors flicked away the outstretched, large fist with his finger:

"What you should be extending now is not your fist, but your brain."

After basking in the sun for half a year, "photosynthesis" has greatly enhanced Connors's strength, and he is not flustered at all when faced with a punch from "Mr. Fantastic" Reed.

Reed's fist was deflected, hitting a nearby wall and creating a large hole before bouncing off to another spot. He still looked haggard, but his rationality seemed to have returned somewhat.

"Alright, you're very strong. Continuing to fight you will only waste time. Let's make a deal: I'll let you go to Earth-3, and you'll help me restore my world."

"OK."

Connors nodded in agreement. After finishing the gossip on the DC side, it wouldn't be bad to go and get some gossip on the Marvel side if there was a chance.

"This assistant is yours. You can call him the Riddler. He loves solving difficult problems." Connors pointed to the Riddler, who had been standing there dumbfounded.

Even as he flew with Connors, the Riddler kept calculating formulas on a piece of paper, somewhat resembling Reed's previous appearance.

However, Reed had already picked up his pen and paper and returned to his seat. Upon hearing this, an eye peeked out from its socket, peered at the paper in the riddle-maker's hand, and then looked at Connors:

"You seem to be insulting me."

Even from just a single, elongated, deformed eye, Connors could read the intellectual pride of "Mr. Fantastic" Reed.

Connors: "Is he really that stupid? Looks like I overestimated him before."

The Riddler's face visibly began to flush red, and before he could speak, Connors used the now 40% Green of All Things to bind him into a rice dumpling.

The enhancement of the green of all things is inseparable from "Poison Ivy" Ivy and her exploration of the art of flower arrangement.

After kindly returning the Riddler to Gotham, Connors made a detour to Wayne Manor.

"Bruce, I need to use your computer again. I need to look up some information," Connors said.

"Batman" Bruce Wayne looked at the newcomer with a headache:

"Connors, you've been borrowing my computer almost every few days for the past six months. Have you turned this place into an internet cafe?"

Connors shook his head, correcting Batman's words:

"In my hometown, internet cafes don't have bats with deep voices; instead, they're filled with beautiful young girls."

"I can buy you a manor of equal size and equip you with the best computer on the market, if that will make you less likely to come here to surf the internet all the time," Mr. Wayne said helplessly.

"No need," Connors politely declined.

For the past six months, he has been using Batman's computer to search the world repeatedly, but he has not found any other superheroes. He just got the answer from Reed: this world is part of Earth-3, so there are only a pitiful few heroes.

There aren't many villains either. Even in Gotham's Court of Owls, Superman's Lex Luthor doesn't exist. Otherwise, Connors wouldn't have gone six months without any drama to watch.

Before the Joker causes any major trouble, he mostly engages in minor squabbles, and Connors no longer cares about this level of reward for watching the drama unfold.

Instead of continuing his previous search for superheroes, Connors turned his attention to the name "Pandora".

"Pandora? You don't actually believe that this legendary person exists, do you?" Batman glanced at the computer screen and asked doubtfully.

"Change Robin's name to Pandora, then he'll be a real person," Connors said dismissively.

"Speaking of Robin, Connors, you can find a chance to train him for me," Batman said.

Connors looked at the list of women worldwide named "Pandora" displayed on the computer screen and refused without turning his head:

"You're trying to trick me into taking care of your child, aren't you? My life is restricted; I can't let the child be corrupted."

Connors glanced at the list discreetly and silently memorized information about several women who appeared to be the "real" Pandora.

He needs to find Pandora, and then, with the help of Cindy Moon's spider-sense, he can see if he can locate the existence of the Pandora's Box.

If you have the Pandora's Box, you can tempt her to open it again and travel to Earth-3.

This matter requires Cindy's help, and Connors hasn't taken care of Cindy for a while, so it's foreseeable that this will be another big battle.
